From “I’m Going to Self-Exit” To “I Hope You Die in a Fucking Accident”: Mackenzie's Manipulation
Mackenzie Shirilla killed two young men. A lot of people, including the courts believe that a part of Mackenzie’s motive was her longterm, hostile relationship with Dominic that he, supposedly, wanted out of. Mackenzie and her parents deny any intent at all. They go so far as to allege that Mackenzie and Dominic’s relationship wasn’t perfect but it also wasn’t that bad. We will be chronologically recounting their fights throughout the years and leading up to the murders. 30k pages of texts between Mackenzie and Dominic from 2020 to July 2022. Years of texts messages between a killer and one of her victims? Years of texts messages between two teenagers that ended in tragedy? Or a little bit of both?
